England batting coach Marcus Trescothick praised India captain Shubman Gill after he scored 269(387) and 7 161(162) in their second Test, saying that the 25-year-old has played "brilliantly well". "I'm fed up with watching him bat, really," he stated, adding, "Getting sort of 250 and then another 150, now that is pretty special." 

Shubman scored 155 runs in the first Test.

                       SUV Carrying 10 crashes into wall in UP, 8 including groom killed Eight members of a family, Including a 24-year old groom, lost their lives, and two others injured after an overcrowded speeding SUV crashed into the wall of a collage in UP's Sambhal on Friday. The SUV carrying 10 family members was heading towards the bride's village in Sirtoul when the driver lost control around 6:30 am. The incident occurred in Jewanai village around 6:30 am. The Bolero was reportedly travelling at high speed when the driver lost control near Janata Inter College. The vehicle collided with the boundary wall and then overturned. Five people were pronounced dead at the scene. Three others, who were initially rescued alive, died of their injuries during treatment at a government hospital.
